Monalisa Khan-Toor is the Data and IT Program Manager of Delta Dental Plans Association. She joined DDPA in January 2022. In her current role, she leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that impact all 39 Member Companies. As an Agile Scrum Master, she has been a trusted advisor to the C-suite and has successfully led technology and business initiatives that brought in over 500 million dollars of revenue.
In her tenure of 15 years, she worked in the Healthcare and Financial industries. Currently, she is the Board President of the Mohammed Webb Foundation which focuses on Children’s Education and working with families to support a positive synthesis of American culture and Muslim identity. She has successfully led the “Ramadan Lights Celebration Event” for the organization and has collaborated with the Naperville school district to reduce cost.
She is advocating for diverse women in business helping them with strategic solutions to improve profits and strategic marketing solutions. As a business owner of Omni Events, she has hosted large networking events, multicultural events, and international wedding events that were dedicated to growing the Muslim Community in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is an active advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities for the New Horizon Center in the Chicagoland area.
Monalisa earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has a Dual MBA in Healthcare Management and Strategic Financial Management from the University of Phoenix. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and loves to travel to her second home in Las Vegas with her four kids.
