Amara Saleem is an undergraduate at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service
studying Science, Technology, and International Affairs and minoring in Spanish. After
graduation, Amara hopes to pursue a career at the intersection of public policy and medicine. At
Georgetown, Amara is the Vice President of the Georgetown Muslim Students’ Association and a
research assistant with the Department of Biostatistics. In her free time, she enjoys running,
baking, and reading historical fiction. Amara is excited to join the AMHP DMV Chapter to
advocate for mental health and Muslim professionals!
