Abdur-Rahman Zreba PSM, LSSGB, PMP is a uniquely qualified and highly capable project management professional with over 10 years of experience in optimization healthcare service operations, IT Service Project Management, and care delivery. Possessing a strong grasp of healthcare revenue cycle services from end to end, algorithm-driven operational efficiencies, government risk and compliance, assorted electronic medical record systems (EMRs), and a targeted focus on quality improvement.
Upon graduation from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, he set his skills at work at Kaiser Permanente, optimizing clinical operations in an ambulatory setting. He subsequently obtained a lead role with Ingenious Med, overhauling revenue cycle operations for 8 of the 11 health systems in the United States. Enabling organizations to comply with federal mandates under the guidelines of MIPS/MACRA. After moving to Dallas, Texas, he worked at the number one EMR for Post-Acute Care; HomeCare HomeBase. Piloting projects to stand up to new strategic initiatives for tech-enabled services with Algorithmic Smart Scheduling and leaning on his past experience for Revenue Cycle Services.
Driven by the stark inequalities of healthcare disparities across America, he started his own startup, ZHOM, which focuses on helping clinical providers serve vulnerable populations in rural communities through data analytics. Aiming to improve patients outcomes and “Putting the care back in Healthcare.”
When he’s not driving projects to completion or empowering clinical teams to do “Good Work” you can find him volunteering for the American Muslim Healthcare Professionals of Texas (AMHPTX). As well as practicing new techniques of cooking food from Louisiana and Libya or sampling various coffees from around the globe. Tania Yousaf
Tania Yousaf is a Family Nurse Practitioner working in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Austin, Texas. She earned a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University, a BS in Nursing from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio and a MS in Nursing from Texas Woman's Univeristy in Denton, Texas. She began her career as an RN working in an outpatient family practice clinic and inpatient as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. As a nurse practitioner, she explored retail health, family practice and women's health.

Shamila Malik
Shamila Malik is a Registered Dietitian working in the field of dialysis. She is also a certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her professional outlook is one of holistic care, where the individual is treated as an interconnected being rather than as isolated parts. She is passionate about using her background, experience and education to enlighten communities that don't get to meet Dietitians. She has achieved this by volunteering at health fairs, organizing a self awareness pillar at her prior Islamic center and participating in organizations that promote health improvement for all.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and bake for her children, family and friends. She enjoys spending time in nature and attending various types of dance classes.

Faisal Malik
Faisal Malik BSc, Finance & MBA General Management from New York, is a passionate Healthcare Entrepreneur. He held several senior management positions with MNCs in retail, banking & finance industry but the one industry that touched his heart was the Healthcare industry. In 2018 he resigned and formed his own Home Healthcare startup.
Born in Pakistan, to an educated Muslim family, after completed his bachelor’s degree from Punjab University in 1991, he migrated to United States for higher studies. He completed his BSc and then MBA degrees from New York. Currently, he serves as Treasurer with AMPD (American Muslims Professionals of Dallas) a nonprofit organization. Faisal is very active in the community & participated as a panelist in several ISDs programs for young adults.
He is also very passionate about providing excellent care to older adults & physically challenged children. He sincerely cares about their welfare. His company (www.epic-hhc.com) moto is Every Person I Care (EPIC) he firmly believes in treating every client/patient as if they were his own family member.

Zeyn Patel studied Government at the University of Texas. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Argus Talent, a Houston based staffing company. He is a former member of ISNA Board of Directors as well as served as the first treasurer of MSA National. He is also co-organizer of the first competition of MIST (Muslim Inter-Scholastic Tournamount) . He is a board member of Risala Foundation in Houston, TX. Zeyn lives in Texas with his wife, Hafsa, and two kids.

Abida Minhas
Abida Minhas is a licensed professional counselor and supervisor. She received her BA in Psychology at the University of Houston and has a Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Earlier in her career, Abida worked as an intern at LifeNet, a leading community mental health clinic, where she gained extensive training in working with severely mentally ill patients who often had dual diagnoses.
After a through clinical setting, Abida then worked in a private practice in Richardson, Texas for 8 years, from where she has gained many collaborative experiences that eventually led her to then launching her own vision. Abida has been passionate about promoting mental health, particularly for minority communities and founded the Muslim Association Psychological Services (MAPS) network over 4 years ago, an organization that focuses on psycho-educational work in the Muslim community. She also takes a collaborative and hands-on approach in training her supervisees as well.

Hasnain Walji
Hasnain Walji, Ph.D. is an educator, historian, filmmaker, and author who has penned 26 books on Nutrition and Natural Medicine as well as multimedia educational content in diverse fields such as financial literacy and leadership development. His lifelong quest is to envision ways and means to enable civil society to confront new realities of the current era.
Born in Tanzania, of Indian ancestry, educated in the United Kingdom and now living in the US, his institutional work promoting social justice spans four decades in four continents. Currently, he serves as Executive Director of United Global initiative - an international NGO with a focus on women empowerment and children’s health. A signature project if UGI is CodeGirls with a mission to empower more women in the Tech Sector in developing countries. UGI also runs water projects to provide clean water to rural communities as well as vitamins to women and children in Asia and Africa.
Hasnain’s continued contributions from his active leadership roles on many boards ranging from The World Federation of Khoja Communities, The Frugality Nation Foundation, Universal Muslim Association of America, National Muslim Catholic, Dialogue, Interfaith Peace Ministry of Orange County, The Shura Council of Southern California, and International Society for Empowerment, Enlightenment and Knowledge (ISEEK) all demonstrate the breadth of his socio-political endeavor in tackling social injustices that confront our civil society.
Now in his golden years, his passion is in increasing interfaith and Intra-faith understanding to make this world a better place for his seven grandchildren.

Madeeha Javed is a third-year medical student at the UNT Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was born in Malaysia, is of Indian ancestry, and was raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated with a degree in Neuroscience with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
