Mahvesh Siddiqui is an accomplished healthcare technology leader with extensive experience in electronic medical records (EMR) management, Epic implementation, project management, and strategic planning. As the Director of Health Plan Systems at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, she oversees 20 employees across three Epic applications to support the Kelsey health plan.
With a background in project and program management, Mahvesh has successfully led high-performing teams across multiple regions, driving process improvements and innovative healthcare solutions. She holds PMP certification as well as technical certifications in 12 Epic modules and brings deep expertise in data analysis, product management, and vendor collaboration.
Her career in healthcare technology spans 20 years including leadership roles at CHI St. Luke’s Health System, Harris Health System, and Froedtert Hospital, where she managed Epic implementations, optimized clinical workflows, and enhanced healthcare IT infrastructure. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from California State University Northridge and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
