Brush Away the Stress: An Art Therapy Experience
AMHP-Texas is hosting a relaxing and rejuvenating afternoon designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and tap into your inner creativity!
Life can be overwhelming, but art offers a powerful outlet for mindfulness and healing. We are thrilled to invite you to “Brush Away the Stress,” a unique art therapy event guided by artist, calligrapher, and licensed clinical social worker Ustadah Moina Sajjad (MSW, LCSW, LICSW). By blending her professional mental health expertise with her deep passion for the arts, Ustadah Moina will lead participants through intentional, creative exercises designed to relieve anxiety and foster emotional well-being.
Whether you are a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since childhood, this welcoming and judgment-free environment is for you. Come enjoy the warm, inviting ambiance of the Original Mocha House, connect with your community, and give yourself the gift of creative self-care.
